The website build is refundable in full until you approve the preview. The care plan cancels any month with no fee; the site and domain stay yours.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site is yours whether or not the care plan continues. If you cancel, we hand over the files and the DNS and you keep everything. We do not hold a business hostage to its own website.
Hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, an edit allowance each month for the changes you ask for, and one new piece of content posted to the site every month. It is the standing order that keeps the shop stocked after opening day. If a month goes by and you did not need us, tell us and we will say so back.
You buy, we talk, we build, and you see a working preview of your own site before anything goes live. Up to that approval the build is refundable in full. After approval we launch on your domain and the care plan begins. Ads and avatar work are separate products and never get added to your bill without you asking.
