Terms of Service

Effective 2026-05-26 · Lonely Brew Club · North Palm Beach, FL · [email protected]

By purchasing or using any Lonely Brew Club product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

1. What you are buying

A Lonely Brew Club product is a digital deliverable: a skill pack (markdown skill files, example pipelines, documentation, supporting scripts), a source-only DevTool (source code and documentation), or a made-to-order audit (a written report). For packs and DevTools you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the contents for your own work, commercial or otherwise. You may modify the files. You may use the techniques. You may build derivative work products on top of them.

2. What you cannot do with what you buy

You may not redistribute the original files (the markdown, the source, the example pipelines, the documentation as we shipped them) to other people. The license is per-purchaser. If a colleague wants the product, they should buy their own copy.

You may not represent yourself as Lonely Brew Club or resell the products as your own product. You may use what you learn in your own original work without attribution.

3. Made-to-order audits

An audit is a single-pass engagement. After purchase you submit an intake describing the target and scope, and we deliver a written report within five business days of that submission. An audit is a point-in-time assessment and advisory in nature. It is not a guarantee that your system is secure, compliant, or fully visible to any AI system, and it does not create an ongoing engagement unless you purchase another.

4. Affiliate disclosures (FTC compliance)

Several Lonely Brew Club products reference third-party tools (vector databases, observability platforms, deployment hosts, and the like). Where we link to those tools, we may earn an affiliate commission if you sign up through our link, at no additional cost to you. We disclose affiliate relationships at the point of recommendation inside each product.

We select every referenced tool based on whether it serves the recipe in the product. We do not include tools purely for affiliate revenue. If a recipe recommends a tool, it is because the recipe needs that tool.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The products are provided "as is". We make no warranty that they will be free of defects, fit for any particular purpose, or suitable for any specific environment. AI agent tooling evolves rapidly and any technique may need adaptation to your specific stack, model version, or use case. We make no warranty that following the techniques will produce any particular financial, business, or technical outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

Lonely Brew Club's total liability arising from your purchase or use of any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any other indirect harms. This limitation applies whether the claim is in contract, tort, statute, or any other theory of liability, and applies even if Lonely Brew Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Updates

Updates within a major version are free for life. If you own a pack or DevTool at version 1.x, every 1.x update (bug fixes, new examples, refreshed patterns, additional skill variants) is yours at no extra charge, and we make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you at your purchase email. We would only charge for a version 2.0 that represents a significant restructure, and version 1.x owners receive a discount on it. We are not running a subscription.

8. Refunds

See the refund policy. Seven days, no questions, full refund to the original payment method.

9. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you breach the redistribution restriction in section 2. We may also terminate the license if you initiate a chargeback after the refund window has passed, once we have made a good-faith effort to resolve your concern through support.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Updates take effect for purchases made after the update is posted. For purchases made before an update, the terms in effect at the time of purchase continue to apply.
