Taste a bean before you buy
Every pack in this shop is plain markdown. Which means you can read the whole thing before it touches your repo, and it means we can hand you a real one for free without breaking anything.
Below is a complete, unedited skill file lifted straight out of the Parallel Agent Lanes pack. Not an excerpt. Not a teaser with the good part removed. The same file paying customers get, with nothing held back.
Readiness Check
Decide whether a repo can actually run two AI coding agents in parallel before you spend a day wiring it up. Five hard prerequisites, three anti-patterns that look ready but are not, and a GREEN, YELLOW, or RED verdict at the end.
It ships with a shell script that measures your lane boundary against the last fifty commits instead of asking you to guess, the local CI contract an autonomous merge gate needs, the task-spec shape that keeps two agents out of each other's files, and the three autonomy guardrails worth setting before you let anything merge on its own.
Runs on Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or any agent that reads a markdown file. Also useful read by a human with no agent at all.
Why give away the first skill
Because the objection we hear is reasonable. There is no public repo to inspect, the packs cost more than a single marketplace skill, and the internet is full of people selling a PDF of prompts. You should not take our word for any of it.
So read this one. If it is thin, generic, or obviously written by an agent that has never run a swarm, you have learned something for free and you should close the tab. If it is the kind of thing you would rather not spend a Saturday figuring out yourself, the other twelve skills in the pack are built the same way.
What the full pack adds
This file gets you to a verdict. A GREEN verdict means the next problem is mechanical: scaffolding git worktrees, wiring a merge daemon that gates on local CI, writing the boot prompts for each lane, and handling the cross-lane conflicts that eventually land. None of it is hard. There is simply a lot of it, and doing it in the wrong order costs you a day.
Parallel Agent Lanes is that machinery: 13 skills and 9 worked artifacts from a real setup, for $199, once. You keep the files. There is no subscription, and a seven-day refund needs one word in a reply.
A RED verdict means you do not need the pack. You need a test suite. Come back after.
The licence on this file
The free skill is published under CC BY 4.0. Use it, adapt it, put it in your team's repo, quote it in a blog post. Keep the attribution line and we are square. The paid packs carry a single-user commercial licence instead, spelled out in the terms.
