Refund Policy
Seven-day, no-questions refund window
If a Lonely Brew Club product does not work for you within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, write to [email protected] and we issue a full refund. No reason required. Reply to your delivery email with the word "refund" and that is enough.
We process refunds back to the original payment method through Stripe. Most refunds arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
What you keep
Skill packs and DevTools are delivered as files: markdown, source code, example pipelines, and documentation. Once delivered, you have a perpetual license to use the content for your own work. A refund closes the commercial transaction; we do not require you to delete files locally.
Audits
The made-to-order audits (GEO Audit, Security Audit) are single-pass engagements delivered within five business days of your intake submission. The seven-day window applies from purchase. If you have not yet submitted your intake, or work has not begun, we refund in full on request. Once the report has been delivered, the engagement is complete and the standard digital-deliverable terms below apply.
What we ask in return
We are a small operation and we read every refund request. If something specific did not work for you, a one-line note about what you expected versus what you received helps us improve future versions. This is a request, not a condition.
Outside the seven-day window
After the seven-day window we do not offer refunds on digital deliverables that have already been provided. If you believe there is a defect in the deliverable itself, write to [email protected] and we work with you in good faith.
Bundles and add-ons
If you purchased a bundle and want a refund within the seven-day window, we refund the bundle in full. We do not partially refund individual packs from a bundle. If you purchased an add-on at the returning-buyer price and want a refund within the window, the add-on is refunded and the original anchor purchase is unaffected.
